A constallation of Swedish architecture firms and engineering companies have joined forces under the name Swedesign Connection to search for urban design projects in China.

i2 STUDIOS was responsible for visualisation of Swedesign Connection's submission in the competition to design the Ban Yue Wan Holiday Bay Area, in northern China. A overwhelmingly large project, that includes infrastructure, buildings and landscaping for an entire city of approximately 1 million inhabitants.
The competition entry was a success and won 1st prize. This led to additional work with the submission and several renderings, movies and solar studies to help visualise the complex design.
